Employer Terms
The rules every workplace accepts at the Hiring Desk: verification, honest vacancies, never charging candidates, merit-based hiring and careful use of candidate data.
Welcome to the Hiring Desk. When you publish a vacancy on DailyJob.pk you are speaking to people who read the Career Feed with hope and, quite rightly, a degree of caution. These Employer Terms exist to keep that trust intact. They are issued by DailyJob.pk, apply from September 18, 2026, and sit on top of our Terms of Service.
Getting verified
Every workplace goes through verification before its vacancies reach the Career Feed. We may ask for a business registration or NTN certificate, a company email address on your own domain, a phone call to a listed number, or a signed authorisation letter if you post on behalf of someone else. Recruitment agencies must say so on their workplace profile. Verified workplaces earn a badge; unverified accounts can draft vacancies but cannot publish them. We may repeat verification at any time and remove the badge if the information no longer holds.
Publishing a vacancy honestly
A vacancy must describe a real, currently open role at a named workplace. State the actual city and work mode, a salary range you intend to honour if you show one, the genuine experience and education required, and the real employment type. Do not bundle unrelated roles into one listing, re-post a role under new titles to stay on top of the feed, or advertise a role already filled. Close or update a role within a few days of filling it. We may edit titles, re-categorise or decline a listing, and will tell you when we do.
Never charge a candidate
This is the rule we enforce hardest. You may not ask a candidate for any payment, deposit, training fee, uniform fee, registration fee, document-processing fee or "security" at any stage: not in the listing, not in an interview, not after an offer. You may not route candidates to a third party that charges them either. A single confirmed report results in permanent removal from DailyJob.pk and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.
Hire on merit
Vacancies and hiring decisions on DailyJob.pk must comply with the Constitution and employment laws of Pakistan. Do not exclude candidates by gender, religion, sect, ethnicity, caste, disability, marital status or age unless a genuine occupational requirement exists and is permitted by law. Listings that read "males only" or "unmarried females preferred" without such a requirement will be declined. Honest language about the physical demands of a role is fine; blanket exclusions are not.
Candidate data is for hiring only
When someone applies, you receive their profile, resume and contact details for one purpose: deciding whether to hire them for the role they applied to. You may not add them to marketing lists, sell or share their details, pitch unrelated products, or keep their data longer than your recruitment process reasonably needs. Treat WhatsApp numbers with particular care; messages to candidates must be about the role. Talent search results carry the same restriction. Our Privacy Policy describes what candidates have been promised, and you agree to honour it.
Memberships, billing and invoices
Hiring Desk plans are listed on the Memberships page in PKR. Order, transfer the amount to the bank account shown, submit the reference, and your plan activates once we confirm receipt, normally within one working day. An invoice is issued to the workplace name on your account. Plans cover a fixed period and a fixed number of active vacancies or featured slots; unused allowances do not roll over. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Featured placements are labelled as such to candidates.
Removal and suspension
We may unpublish a vacancy, suspend a Hiring Desk or remove a workplace entirely for breaches of these Terms, the Content Policy, or on credible reports from candidates. For minor issues we ask you to fix the listing first. For fee-charging, fraud, harassment or repeated dishonesty, removal is immediate and no refund is due. Team members you add to the Hiring Desk act on your behalf; you are responsible for what they post.
