Terms of Service — DailyJob.pk

These are the terms that govern your use of DailyJob.pk, the Pakistan career marketplace run by DailyJob.pk at https://www.dailyjob.pk and through our mobile app. They are effective from September 18, 2026. A marketplace only works when everyone knows the rules, so please read them. By creating an account, browsing opportunities or publishing a vacancy you agree to them. If you cannot agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who these terms are for

Three kinds of people use DailyJob.pk: candidates exploring opportunities, workplaces hiring through the Hiring Desk, and visitors reading the Career Journal. These Terms apply to all three. Candidates also accept the Job Seeker Terms and workplaces the Employer Terms; where those are more specific, they take priority. Our Privacy Policy, Content Policy and Community Guidelines are part of this agreement.

2. Your account is yours to protect

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you register. One person, one account; one workplace, one Hiring Desk, with as many team members as your plan allows. Keep your password private and tell us at support@dailyjob.pk if you think someone else has used your login. Actions taken through your account count as yours until you report otherwise.

3. What DailyJob.pk is, and what it is not

We are a marketplace: workplaces publish vacancies here and candidates discover and apply for them. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, a visa consultant or a party to any employment contract. We do not interview, hire, pay salaries or guarantee that any application leads to an offer. Role descriptions are written by the workplaces that post them; we review for policy compliance, not the accuracy of every claim.

4. House rules

Whatever your role on the platform, you agree not to:

post anything false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or unlawful in Pakistan, including under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016;
charge, or attempt to charge, a candidate any fee in connection with a role;
scrape, crawl or bulk-download listings, profiles or Career Journal articles;
use another person's identity, resume or credentials;
send unsolicited commercial messages to other users;
probe, disable or overload our systems, or bypass rate limits and access controls;
discriminate on grounds prohibited by law.

You own what you upload: resume, profile, vacancies, logo. By posting it you give DailyJob.pk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, index, format and distribute that content to run and promote the marketplace, including showing vacancies to search engines and in alerts and the app. The licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has already been shared with a workplace or candidate, or remains briefly in routine backups. You confirm you have the right to post everything you post.

6. Memberships and the Advantage Pass

Some features are paid: the Advantage Pass for candidates and Hiring Desk plans for workplaces. Prices are shown in PKR on the Memberships page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is by bank transfer; your plan is activated once we confirm receipt. Plans run for the period purchased and do not renew automatically. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, and prices for future periods may change with notice on the Memberships page.

7. Resume Lab and AI-assisted tools

Resume Lab, suggested vacancy drafts and Smart Picks use automated systems, including AI models, to generate suggestions. These are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and confirming anything before you use it, and for making sure a resume or vacancy describes you or your workplace truthfully. We do not warrant that generated text is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Workplaces and outside links

Your dealings with a workplace, including interviews, offers, contracts and any dispute about them, are between you and that workplace. External websites, application forms or payment pages we link to have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Our Safety Center explains how to protect yourself.

9. Suspension and saying goodbye

You may close your account at any time from Settings or the app. We may suspend or close an account, remove content or decline a vacancy if we reasonably believe these Terms or our policies have been broken, if a workplace fails verification, or if the law requires. Where practical we tell you why and let you respond at support@dailyjob.pk. Serious cases, such as fraud, may result in immediate removal.

10. Our promises, and their limits

We work hard to keep DailyJob.pk online, accurate and safe, but we provide the service as it is and as available, without promising uninterrupted access, that every listing is genuine, or that you will find a role or a hire. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyJob.pk is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost earnings, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or PKR 5,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.

11. Your indemnity

If a third party claims against us because of content you posted or something you did in breach of these Terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be heard by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of DailyJob.pk at Pakistan, although we would rather talk first: most issues are resolved by a single email.

13. Changes

Minor clarifications take effect when posted; changes that affect your rights are announced on the site and by email at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
