Open your Hiring Desk and select Publish a Vacancy. You will be guided through the title, city, work mode, shift, experience and education requirements, salary range and a description of the day-to-day work, followed by the skills you need and what you offer. We encourage you to state a salary range; listings that do are read and applied to more often. After a quick review for accuracy and safety, your Role goes live in Explore Opportunities and on your Workplace page.

The Hiring Desk is the employer side of DailyJob.pk. From it you Publish a Vacancy, see applications arrive in real time, sort candidates by experience, skills, city or education, move them through stages from new to shortlisted to interview to offer, leave notes for colleagues and message candidates directly. On Business and Enterprise Memberships several people can share the same Hiring Desk, so a hiring manager and an HR coordinator can work on one Vacancy together.

Every new Vacancy is read by a person before it is published, and listings from newly registered Workplaces receive a closer look. This usually takes less than a working day. A listing may be sent back to you if it does not describe the actual work, asks candidates to pay anything, includes requirements based on gender, religion or ethnicity, or uses contact details that do not match your registered business. Once your Workplace is verified and has a clean posting history, later Vacancies are approved faster.

A Vacancy stays open until the closing date you choose, subject to the maximum period allowed by your Membership. You can close it early when the Role is filled, extend it if you need more applicants, or republish an expired listing in one step from the Hiring Desk. Closed Vacancies and their applicants stay in your Hiring Desk archive so that you can return to strong candidates when the next Opportunity opens.

Yes, on the Business and Enterprise Memberships. Talent-pool search lets you look through job seekers who have made their profile discoverable, filtered by Role, skills, experience, education, city and expected salary, and invite the ones you like to apply to a specific Vacancy. Contact details are revealed only when a candidate responds to your invitation, which keeps the process respectful for job seekers and productive for you.
