What to report on DailyJob.pk, the fastest ways to do it, and what our team does once your report arrives.

If something on DailyJob.pk looks fake, feels threatening or asks you for money, we want to know today, not next week. This page explains what to report, how to do it in under two minutes, and what happens after you press send.

What to report

  • A vacancy or workplace that asks for any payment, deposit or fee.
  • A listing that seems fake: no real workplace, an impossible salary, vague duties, or a well-known brand name used without authority.
  • Messages that are harassing, sexual, threatening or discriminatory.
  • Someone pretending to be a recruiter, a workplace or DailyJob.pk staff.
  • Requests to move the conversation off the platform and share CNIC copies, bank details or one-time codes.
  • A profile or resume that copies your own, or a workplace using your logo.
  • Advertisements that breach our Advertising Policy.
  • Anything else that breaks the Community Guidelines or Content Policy.

How to report

  1. From the page itself. Every role, workplace profile and message thread has a Report link. Choose a reason, add a sentence or two, and submit. This is the fastest route because the report arrives with the content already attached.
  2. By email. Write to support@dailyjob.pk with "Report" in the subject. Include the link, screenshots, the phone number or email used by the other party, and dates.
  3. Anonymously. You can report without signing in. We do not tell the reported party who reported them.

What we do with your report

Reports about payment demands, impersonation and threats are looked at first, usually the same working day. Other reports are reviewed within two working days. We may hide the content immediately while we investigate, contact the workplace or user for an explanation, ask you for more detail, and then take action: editing, removal, suspension or a permanent ban. We will email you when the review is closed. For privacy reasons we cannot always share what action was taken against another account, but we will confirm that it was handled.

Urgent or criminal situations

If you have already paid money to someone posing as an employer, or you are being blackmailed or threatened, contact the Federal Investigation Agency's cybercrime wing and your local police in addition to reporting to us. Keep every message, receipt and transaction ID. We cooperate with lawful investigations and will preserve relevant records when asked by the authorities.

False reports

Reports made to harm a competitor or settle a personal score waste time that belongs to real victims. Accounts that file knowingly false reports may be closed.
